Jessica was both professional and courteous. The entire experience was informative and practical with real world scenarios to practice with. Highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn basic BLS skills.

I completed the BLS cpr course and the instructor course and it was amazing. Jessica was my BLS instructor, her energy was amazing. The best part was when she played the music while we were performing to help everyone keep the pace. Carlos taught the instructor course and he had us laughing the entire class while teaching us the seriousness of teaching cpr. Both were awesome.

The training was well taught and detailed. I really appreciate First Coast CPR. Y'all never never disappoint me>

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First Coast CPR truly exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this class to anyone who needs CPR certification, or, honestly, anyone who simply wants to be better prepared in an emergency. The instructor(Regina) was excellent. She explained and demonstrated each technique clearly and thoroughly, including CPR, choking response, teamwork during an emergency, and how to handle different real-life situations. She made sure we understood not only what to do, but how to respond confidently when it matters. The class was organized, engaging, and hands-on, and her time management was excellent. I enjoyed the experience so much that I would genuinely give this class as a gift to family and friends. I even think it would be a great and meaningful alternative for a girls’ outing, family activity, or weekend group experience. You get to spend time together while learning skills that could potentially save someone’s life. I walked away feeling much more confident and prepared than when I arrived. If you’re looking for CPR training, take the class at First Coast CPR. It was absolutely worth it, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Class was professional, taught through multiple modalities with video, verbal instruction, speaking aloud and hands on practice which for me, really helps the information stick. Information is up to date, the facility is very conducive to learning the material and it is neat and tidy. Would always recommend class here. I took BLS and imagine others are just as awesome, will always renew at First Coast CPR, the best!!!

Renewed once again at First Coast CPR. Everytime I go, I feel confident in my abilities because every instructor I have had is very informative and really helps to drill it into your brain with east upbeat hands on training. July 2026 Great place, informative and fun. I have been renewing my BLS here for the 3 recertifications because I enjoy the atmosphere and they really help cement it in your brain. Although I could renew at my hospital, I find myself almost asleep in their classes. I don't want to take these skill sets lightly because of the environments I work in as well as having children. Love First Coast CPR.
