This place is incredible!! Tina H. was my instructor and I loved the way she led the class. It felt more like a converstion with the lesson incorporated into it. She did an amazing job and I’d definitely recommend anyone to come here and do CPR/BLS classes.

Jessica did my class. The whole environment was great and she did wonderful. I've taken many CPR classes through my life (ex-military) but have never been a medical professional, this was the first time I felt truly confident to administer CPR after a class!

If you’re looking for CPR/AED training, go to First Coast CPR. Carlos was an excellent instructor. The class was well organized, started on time, and everyone had plenty of hands-on training to feel confident in providing CPR, utilizing an AED, and prevent choking.

Glad that I got my re-certification but must say the BLS instructor was a bit questionable with some commentary. An example being that you look at a babies belly for respiration when observing a scene or giving breathes not for chest rise which is inaccurate. When going through the basic steps laid out in the videos the instructor knew those but there were extraneous things being taught that were not correct

Dani was the best instructor ever. She made the class fun, but knowledgeable at the same time. I will definitely be going back in 2 years.

This was my first time taking a BLS recert at First Coast CPR and I highly recommend them! The class was fun, well organized, and engaging. Marcia was our instructor and she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely revisit for future classes.

The CPR instructor course was an awesome class, Carlos was fun and engaging and kept the information relevant to each student and where they plan to teach. It was an all day class, but because of how everything was structured and how Carlos teaches, the whole day just flew by. I highly recommend Carlos and first coast CPR for all of your CPR and CNA courses!!

As someone reentering the Healthcare field, Dani provided the encouragement and motivation I needed to feel confident again. I needed to reschedule my original appointment, which was easily done.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I was in and out in less than 10mins.

There was water and snacks for customers. I mean, you can't beat that.

Our Trainer, Dani, was absolutely on her game! She brought learning to life! Made it easy to follow and learn! Very encouraging! Although a full class, you still felt individual training and guidance. Thank you for a great learning experience!

This my second BLS class I have taken at First Coast Training Center. Dani is an amazing instructor. She provided info on the rational for the importance of the timing of interventions. When I understand the science behind the algorithims I retain it! I learned more about CPR, AED use and choking interventions than I have ever learned in my 30 year career as a nurse. Love First Coast Training Center!!

Went to the class on 8/31. The instruction was great. I cannot remember her name, but if I could give her a 10 I would. PLUS they had snacks.

I highly recommend First Coast CPR for BLS /CPR license. I have learned so much in that class and even if you don't need it for your job, it is priceless knowledge for emergency situations. The atmosphere of the class was relaxed and all the tools were provided, very clean environment. The instructor, Monica, was very knowledgeable, had very interesting stories and I learned a great deal!!!

This was one of the best CRP classes I have attended for BCLS. Dani was knowledgeable and personable. The content was presented clearly with an opportunity to demonstrate our grasp of the steps frequently throughout the course. All precautions were taken to ensure the safety of the participants including each having their own table with an infant and adult dummy as well as an AED. I highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Easy to sign up, class started on time, finished on time, the office was easy to find. Everyone was very nice, everything was nice and clean. My only complaint is that I was unable to apply the military discount when checking out. Plus they have so many classes to choose from it was so easy to get signed up for a class…very convenient!!!

This was my 2nd class. It was fast remember why I went back vs going elsewhere. They are always so kind. The facility is always clean. They have snacks. The good ones. But the best part is the Instructors. The energy they give is always high. You won’t fall asleep. They ensure you receive the information make sure you get it correct. They are also so realistic. This place made me interact more in the class compared to other classes I've taken. Dani was great and really friendly. Love that they incorporated songs during the training session so it wasn't boring at all. Definitely coming back and will bring with my fiance and mom with me ^_^

The instructor was incredibly kind and very knowledgeble in my Basic Life Support cpr class! I went in knowing absolutely nothing about CPR and came out feeling like I could do it at any moment. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is trying to qualify for medical programs or are just generally interested in learning how to act in an emergency setting!
